Resistance is a great introduction to strength training and beginner program. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an invite via email to download the app “Trainerize.” Download the app on your mobile device and your program will be loaded within the app. A reference video will be provided showing how to access your scheduled workouts, how to access demo videos, how to enter reps and weight, and how to save your workouts. There is a messaging feature within the app that you can utilize at any time for additional questions, concerns, and coaching support.
